Simply Delicious Amish Cooking Recipes and stories from the Amish of Sarasota, Florida - Sherry Gore

I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze®.com . book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255

This is my first time to review a cookbook, obviously its a little different than a regular book as I can not physically make every meal before I review. I honestly didn't have time to make even one before this review was due however I did buy the ingredient for one (so check make later for an update ). But I can say just reading the recipes made me super hungry, they all sounded so yummy.

When threaten with the chance of loosing her child she married Seth in a second. will she find that her annoying husband is actual worth loving ?

Wishing on Willows -Katie Ganshert

I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review

This is a follow up book to one I previously reviews and enjoyed. I was looking forward to reading it but to be completely honest I couldn't get into this book at ALL, I tried very very hard but was unable to enjoy this one as I did the first one.

I wish this book would have had a little bit more of a review because I felt a little lost as I had read and reviewed many books inbetween these two .

Waiting For Morning - Margaret Brownley

I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze®.com  a book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own

The Brides of Last Chance Ranch, #3

Molly a barmaid finds herself down on her luck when her house burns down and she has to find a new home for her and her handicapped brother Donny, on her last chance of hope she finds herself at the Last Chance Ranch applying to be the heiress of the ranch which is less than qualified to do. One of the main rules of the ranch owners is she is never to marry which Molly does not see as an issue because who would want to marry a woman with such "baggage " as a handicapped brother to care for. That is until she meets the towns doctor , Caleb for some unknown reason knows how to make Molly's blood boil, that is until she sees Caleb interact with her brother.

I really enjoyed this book, it was a little different that what I normal read as it wasn't an Amish book but I enjoyed it so much I managed to finish it in a day which is always a sign of a good book.

An Amish Kitchen - Wiseman, Long and Clipston

I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze®.com  a book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own

Oh yay another Amish book of course is what I thought. I have a love/hate relationship with these books that are three in one deals. I love them because Im getting to read three stories without having to wait on other books but I hate them because I feel like right when they are getting good and Im starting to care about the characters they stop.

I of course have read books by Wiseman and Long but this was mt first time reading anything my Amy Clipston and I can't wait to read  more by her. These little stories are just cute and I can't get enough of em. Since the stories are so short I feel that if I say anything about them it will be giving away the whole story so I will leave it at this... If you enjoy cute stories and or Amish books then you will love these and if you are looking into starting Amish fiction this would also be a good place to start .

No Safe Harbor by Elizabeth Ludwig

I received a copy of this book for review purposes from Bethany House Publishers.  I am under no obligation to write a positive review, just an honest one.

Oh how I hate giving negative reviews, its such a hard thing to do when I know that someone has worked so hard on this book but I fear Im going to have to do such a thing this time.  I couldn't for the life of me get into this book. I tried and tried but couldn't make myself want to read it. My rule of thumb is if Im to chapter 3 and couldn't care less to read anymore than I don't. Its not worth my time which these days having time to read is rare.  So this book was not for me and I can't even tell you who it might be for.
